Ciaran O’Melia is a freelance designer, theatre maker and sometime performer based in Dublin. He studied at the Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College Dublin. He was a finalist exhibitor at World Stage Design 2013 in Cardiff, shortlisted Top 3 in the Performance Design category.
Recent designs include productions for the Gate Theatre, Croí Glan, The Lir, Wide Open Opera, Brokentalkers, Shaun Dunne/Talking Shop Ensemble, Rough Magic Theatre Company, Ray Scannell, Sorcha Kenny, Fearghus Ó Conchúir, Live Collision Festival, THEATREclub, The Company, THISISPOPBABY, Barabbas, Playgroup, and Loose Canon.
